Dr.Om Prakash Edupuganti received his PhD in Bio-Organic Chemistry and worked in
discovery (chemical synthesis), biochemistry, molecular biology and immunology expertise. His work is mainly concerned about interfacing between chemistry, materials and biology. He has been associated with highly regarded institutes like National Institute of Immunology (India), CNRS (France), Enterprise Ireland (Ireland), Kimmel Cancer Center (USA). He carried out research in various areas including protein chemistry, antisense technology, synthetic vaccines, novel drug delivery systems, molecular beacons, imaging agents, medicinal
implants, recombinant antibody development, medicinal chemistry, process development and published over twenty articles in peer-reviewed journals. His prior professional experience includes Group Leader in Divis Laboratories and Asst.Vice.President (NDDS) in Strides Arco Labs. Dr.Om Prakash earned Master Program in Management of Technology (MOT) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Switzerland where he concentrated in entrepreneurship, strategy and innovation in research based industries. As an entrepreneur he founded six biotech companies and made several successful business plans. He has been exposed to both Europe and US business environments.

Mr.John Miscenich has more than 20 years of international corporate development experience and has served as BioOnco Director Corporate Development, since 2006. Mr. John Miscenich has had responsibility for all aspects of financing, market research, investor relations, corporate partnering and the strategic orientation and growth of the company.Previously, he held positions in project management and consulting that has included working for such fortune 500 firms like General Electric and RCA , as well as providing management consulting expertise to Federal and State government agencies.
He has worked on assignments that have included claims analysis to settle claims disputes in litigation proceedings. He’s also engaged in providing administration, budget, purchasing and vendor-interface on volunteer basis to various research organizations. He has earned his M.B.A from St.Joseph’s University, U.S.A Graduating in 1986 , with course concentration in business management and finance.

Ms.Soujanya Ratna Gaddipati is responsible for BioOnco legal and business licensing activities and general corporate matters. Ms. Soujanya also serves as the corporate secretary. Ms.Soujanya has been responsible for building and maintaining BioOnco strong intellectual property portfolio and strategic alliance initiatives. Ms.Soujanya received his Masters in Food Technology and holds a Bachelors of General Laws. She is well trained in patent laws specialized in biotechnology and new chemical entities from NALSAR University and WIPO.
She is registered in-house counsel, as well as before the Indian Patent and Trademark Office. She has significant international experience in reputed law firms in United States and had responsibility for patent litigation in Novel Proteins and Si RNA therapeutics, as well as integration programs relating to the acquisition of companies.

Mr.Robin Pothen is directly responsible for operation of the company’s business development and sales of organization . Prior to this position, Mr.Pothen was responsible for driving new strategic business opportunities including strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions for the health care sector, most recently as project manager at Siemen’s health care services, U.S.A. Mr. Pothen has more than 20 years of high technology consumer and enterprise experience, holding key positions at several start-ups in United States. Mr. Pothen received his Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from University of Phoenix., AZ.
