Services

• DNA/RNA Synthesis : Oligonucleotides are synthesized using the latest DNA chemistries to guard against depurination and breakdown of modifications during ammonia cleavage and deprotection. Oligonucleotides are available in the 50 nanomole, 0.2 micromole, 1.0 micromole, 10 micromole and larger scales.
• Purification and desalting : BioOnco offers both HPLC and PAGE purification to remove the n - 1 and n + 1 sequences that can be generated during synthesis. HPLC will deliver > 95 % purity and PAGE > 98 % purity as measured by area percentage of product peak or band respectively.
• Oligonucleotide Modifications : BioOnco has the widest variety of high quality modifications in the DNA/RNA both from synthetic and natural origin. We have experience in the conjugation include the labelling of molecular Probes, dyes, polymers, drugs etc., and the enzyme conjugates Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) and Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP). We also make phosphorothioate and mixed base oligonucleotides on a regular basis. In addition to the standard method of attaching the reporters to the either 5' end and on the 3' end we have experience in making same or different reporter groups on both 5’ and 3’ ends.
